Tom has represented Bicester East residents on Cherwell District Council since 2016. He is proud to call Cherwell his home having moved here with his wife Emma 6 years ago. They are now enjoying parenthood with the birth of their first child. Tom first became engaged in politics in 2014, campaigning during the Scottish referendum for the Union to stay together. He now applies the same passion to the local politics of our District. He has a track record of voting in the interests of Bicester residents from supporting a review into how to minimalise the Council’s use of non-recyclable plastics to ensuring the Council remains a low-tax authority. He continues to make housing a high priority whilst at the same time advocating the protection of green space in Bicester.
