Sean grew up on Hendon Place, was schooled at Glory Farm Primary School, and The Cooper School, and was the local paperboy. Now raising his own family locally, he is passionate about ensuring Bicester is the best possible place to live. He was first elected to represent the residents of Bicester East on Cherwell District Council and Bicester Town Council in May 2016. Since then, Sean has gained a reputation as a vocal champion for the area. He has coordinated “Have Your Say” events to engage with residents, organised litter picks and a town centre clean up, been instrumental in launching Bicester Town Council’s Shop, Experience, Enjoy (SEE) Bicester initiative and campaigned for play area improvements in the Ward - Garth Park and Launton Meadows have already undergone an extensive refurbishment with Sunderland Drive next in line for renovations. Sean had the honour of serving as Town Mayor in 2018-19.
