Jason Slaymaker

A Southwold resident, Jason has lived in Bicester his whole life. He has been active in the community since his early teens, first through his involvement with the Bicester Youth Council. He went on to be the Chairman of Bicester Big Lunch and is now a Trustee of Bicester Green; a local upcycling and skills centre. Jason has served Bicester North as a Cherwell District Councillor since 2016. Active in the area, he has worked with Elmsbrook residents to help resolve issues on the development and keenly supported the Council’s “Healthy New Town” scheme. He joined Bicester Town Council in 2017 first representing the old Town Ward. He now represents the North Ward aligning with his District Council patch. He is currently serving as Bicester's Town Mayor - the youngest in the town's history!

Nicholas moved to Bicester in 2002 with his family. His wife works in the NHS and his two daughters attended Bure Park School before moving to the Cooper School. He has always believed in putting things back into the community and first stood as a Bicester Town Councillor in 2007.

Lynn moved to Bicester in 1998 and immediately got involved in the community, first being elected to the Town Council in 1999. A resident of Bicester North, until her retirement Lynn also worked locally.
