In today’s session of Prime Ministers’ Questions, Victoria Prentis MP emphasised the need for infrastructure investment in North Oxfordshire.
With particular reference to roads and healthcare, Victoria asked the PM for assurance that funds will be made available for infrastructure developments across Banbury, Bicester, and rural North Oxfordshire.
“Cherwell tops the leaderboard for new housing. Can the Prime Minister assure me that the right roads, school places, postboxes, and of course, especially healthcare provision will be in place to support both my new constituents and the ones I’ve got at the moment?”
Prime Minister Theresa May congratulated Cherwell District Council for their impressive housebuilding record and agreed that infrastructure improvements are important.
