Patrick was elected as one of the three District Councillors for the Fringford and Heyfords Ward in May 2021. He has lived in Newton Purcell for 11 years so knows the local villages well.
A lawyer by background, Patrick hopes this experience will help him get the best for local residents. Patrick is also Chair of the Newton Purcell Annual Meeting and as such, recognises the important role Parish Councils play in our villages.
An active anti-HS2 campaigner, Patrick will work with affected local villages to mitigate, as far as possible, the impact of the construction of the project and others that are due in the area.
